Allie Clifton
Allie Clifton, a sports broadcaster with Spectrum Sports Net, is currently in her fifth year working with the Los Angeles Lakers. Allie has been an active professional basketball player since more than 10 years. She is also the winner of five Emmy Awards. Before becoming a part of Spectrum Sports Net, Allie served as the sideline reporter of FOX Sports Ohio's Cleveland Cavaliers telecasts, sideline reporter for the Toledo Mud Hens (Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers), sports feature reporter for 13 ABC Action News (WTVG) and color analyst as well as sideline reporter for high school as well as NCAA basketball, volleyball, and track & field on the Buckeye Cable Sports Network (BCSN). Clifton an Ohio native has earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The University of Toledo in Sport Analysis and Communication, as well as liberal Studies. Her basketball career continued to be successful throughout her time at UT after her successful academic career in high school, with her captaining her school's first-ever league champion team. In UT, she was a four-year letterwinner as well as a three-time co-captain, leading her team to winning the Mid-American Conference (MAC) West Division title in 2010. Clifton also played at The Q. It was during her time at The Q that she was a player in The Q during this year's MAC Tournament when she was at Toledo.
